Grandma Roberts' Corn Delight


Ingredients
  • 1 can Whole Corn
  • 1 can Cream Style Corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 egg
Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350.
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together. Pour into a 9x13 casserole dish and bake for 1 hour. Let stand about 15 minutes before serving.
